Phil Viz is really good as well, but unless you’re massive and already almost pro, he won’t give you the time of day after you pay.
Dave Kalick - He works with Stan mcQuay and was Stan’s coach. I worked with him for a while. He knows his shit and is always available through WhatsApp and will schedule 1-2 phone calls with you a week.

These are who I recommend if you’re looking to compete and possibly turn pro. If you’re new to competing, stay away from Phil.

Bleu asked me for 2700 for the whole year and 1000 for 4 months! Seems a little too expensive.

That actually isn’t bad at all. $250 a month for a pro coach to take all of the thought process out of your gear, diet, and training is pretty good. Bleu once asked me for $300 a month (have to do 4 6 or 12 months and pay all up front).

Fakhri he gets results. Many people use him.

I’ve worked with Phil and he knows what he’s doing but some of his gear protocols confuse me and as Dbolic said, he isn’t the best at giving you adequate attention unless you’re a pro.

2700 for an entire year seems like a fucking steal, no?

I’m assuming the coach isn’t just giving you training programs, I’m assuming it’s nutrition and drugs programs as well? I mean to me 2700 for an entire year and to have training, nutrition and drug coaching I think is more than fair. Am I crazy?!

That’s perfectly reasonable. Milos and a few others charge more.

Dennis James will charge around 5K and his nutrition regimen isn’t anything special.
