Overcoming loss of appetite

Exogenous GH is much better than GHRH/GHRP. I was on 2 months of Ipa+Mod @ 4 fasted saturation dose pins every day. I had some moderate sides and very very good sleep… but saw next to zero improvement in fat loss or recovery times.

I have a bunch of it left, when my gh runs out I’ll hit myself with a dose at night to continue my very restful sleep the gh is now providing.
There’s no way to get 4 fasted doses in a day if you eat after each one, because it takes more than four hours to digest food.

Right upon waking is the only time you can depend on getting the full benefit of GH peps unless you’re on an intermittent fasting regimen. If you’re not IFing and you need more than what that morning dose can provide, you’re right and HGH will absolutely do more for you.

Don’t forget Keto. You can pin as much as you want on Keto (the real keto, not the bodybuilding keto…which does spike insulin from all that protein).
