I personally have seen the pre filled pen on any source. My wife gets hers from the CVS pharmacy but I haven’t seen anywhere but the pharmacy

BG Pharma here can, but his prices for the 1mg and 2mg are flat out not worth it. Ugl semaglutide works as good and way much affordable.

You can load underground semaglutide into autoinjector pens you can buy independently, all at like 3% of the price of the true, branded pharma product.
