We haven’t received any complaints of unfilled orders. Can you provide more detail? Do you have a missing order? Please send to modmail.

Before they disappeared, they were asking for everyone missing orders from the old website to provide proof of orders before they would fulfill them. Then they disappeared.

I do not have a unfulfilled order but it's a heads up.All other boards are talking about it and I would usually order from them but this time I never got a response from them.

Before they disappeared, they were asking for everyone missing orders from the old website to provide proof of orders before they would fulfill them. Then they disappeared.

We can't really take action on this as I have no users who have reported a missing pack. But like I said, we are aware off the situation and will make a formal announcement soon

Pareto is gone, any orders that were pending are most likely a loss. Any channels that they previously communicated with us through have been deleted indicating it is unlikely we get any updates in the future.

I got an email from the old Pareto rep at the end of Nov 2022 saying that they are switching over to carrying OxygenPharm instead of Pareto. Today, I got another email saying that the Pareto supplier went silent and stopped fulfilling orders, and also sent a price list for OxygenPharm products. I’m wondering does anybody on this forum have experience with the quality of OxygenPharm?

I saw that there are more folks on Meso talking about it, and nobody really knows what’s going on. I think I’m going to steer clear of Oxygen unless they’re proven to be a good source.
