Ordered Saturday 4/6, label made early morning Weds 4/9. Package never shipped, and now PCT Zone is “working on dispatch times from USA Warehouse” - I honestly want a refund at this point and will never use this source again. I’m not wanting to waiting several more days at the least to just sit and see that my package hasn’t moved because PCT Zones “USA Warehouse” is completely incompetent and cannot ship a package. 9 days from payment (no I don’t expect them to ship Saturdays) and not even being able to drop off a package is unacceptable in my opinion.
Also, using USPS ground advantage is insanely cheap on their part. Ive been here for 6 years and never seen a source so horribly unorganized. I could’ve used their India warehouse and gotten the same/better turnaround times, and now I have to go spend extra money to get my AI from someone reliable.
@PCT.ZONE i hope you guys can make this right and not just screw me of my time and money. You need better people working for you in the USA.
