Product shipped arrived in the us 1-16 hasn’t moved from customs in 3 weeks I’m assuming seized. Thankfully used an address I moved from recently so no big deal there. pganabolics as a whole is very good customer service wise and very friendly as an individual he did however become far less responsive the longer the package sat and has not responded to last email when packages are that value a response is appreciated considering I’m out over a grand. I just got the short stick as he claimed only one package ever seized and that one was going to an island… so two packages now? On second thought won’t be asking for reship as dragons primo e just showed up from China in 5 days. Items ordered 10- global products during the promo. Hard to take the knee on that much coin but I’m assuming if the first batch didn’t make it I’d just be out some more on the reship. I can only offer my experience. But if I was in the us I’d stick with someone with far better stealth.

Quality of product : unknown
Shipping time : not received
Customer service : 6/10
Reship : No due to having to pay additional 1/4 of original price.

Will update if it ever shows up.

Just found out he got banned from Meso went over and confirmed it. Looks like I’m not the only one having an issue with this guy.

To be honest I think his stealth is just shit and I don’t think he really gives a fuck if we get our packs or not hell hes already been paid. If he keeps it up… which he will he will be gone soon anyway. Non-responsive, packs not landing etc it just sucks because from the people who have used his gear seem to enjoy it. I won’t be one of them sadly.

However - I am confused as to what exactly is a scam? I ran a promo, many clients used it, but sadly your pack ended up being seized. My re-ship policy is written both in my section and also in the FAQ section of the site. I cannot make it any more clear than it is. It’s not like I have a little fine print somewhere stating my re-ship policy in order to make people believe otherwise.

I can tell you that I have been around boards for nearly a year now, and the total amount of packs that I have had seized is still likely under 10. I hate to see clients not receive what they paid for - but how am I at fault exactly? I cannot guarantee anything and never said that I would. I just shared my experience at the time with US customs.

So where have I gone wrong here? Yes - I have been slow with my email responses recently, which is why I have recruited a rep recently. My order volume has increased dramatically, and my customer service has suffered a bit as a result - and that’s why a rep has been recruited to address this.

But again sending insults my way, because your pack ended up being seized at customs has what to do with me exactly? I held up my end of the bargain and have no issues doing so for you or anyone else that would like to ask for a re-ship.

With that being said - moving forward, I am going to cease all shipments to the US permanently, and stay only Canadian Domestic. A very small fraction of my business is derived from the US and I only offered shipping there to give US clients an opportunity to try us out, not because I need their business.

So obviously since I get called a “cock sucker and a scam” if someone’s pack gets seized by customs, we will only be Canadian Domestic moving forward.

You’ve lost a large percentage of your clientele recently as Meso has disowned you, so no need to justify your blatant avoidance towards concerned customer emails with a stupid lie. Everyone knows your not busy, you’ve got a bad rep everywhere except here, and that will likely change soon based off how you are handling your customers here…

His first email to me when I inquired about the seizure rate was he had only had one pack ever seized and it was going to the U.S. Virgin Islands. It took 6 weeks to get an email back about a reship. Apparently all my emails started ending up in his spam suddenly… the first four emails landed fine. I just need some waders cause shit got deep quick. All the best pga with your continued business seems to be going stellar.

There is nothing complex. An order was placed. Order was filled. Order ended up being seized. Re-ship policy is clearly available for viewing on the Forums/Site. I cannot do anything else for a client at that point.

If a client would like to me re-ship, I would of course do it. If they would not want to use the re-ship policy, then there is nothing I can do.

Yes, I was late to responding to some emails, AFTER the order was filled, and tracking # was provided. I apologized for that.

Again, where have I not held up my end of the bargain?

Lastly, I would appreciate it if you do not make assumptions on my end.

  1. I stated that I recruited a rep nearly a week ago in my own thread, because I am overwhelming busy. This was just a general announcement from me, not a response to anything.
  2. The only board where anyone has ever flamed me is on MESO, and nearly anyone on there that has flamed me on MESO is not a client of mine. In fact, multiple clients of mine have backed me up on MESO. If someone on MESO has conducted business with me and has an issue with an order, then I have absolutely no issues addressing it. Though such cases do not exist.

I provide a large amount of Pharmacy Grade items and I stand behind all my UGL products. I have not had any sort of issues from anyone from either of my product lines - and if anyone ever has an issue I would rectify it, granted the complaint makes sense.

I provide an additional service of sourcing special products for more than multiple clients of mine and do whatever I can to make them happy.

My T/A is not the greatest, however that has been stated again clearly in my section and my FAQ section.

I am only human, I do make mistakes, and when mistakes occur I try my best to address them and fix them.

But, will all that being said, if someone does not like me or the way I conduct myself, they do not have do business with me.

It has nothing to do with like or dislike it’s the quality of service rendered. As stated before best of luck with your business moving forward. And for reference businesses are generally run with the person paying for the service receiving the service they paid for. Food for thought.

However, in reference to your statement: about person paying for a service and receiving the service the paid for. Yes, you are correct. And, I, as the service provider, shipping your parcel in a timely manner and provided you with a tracking #. That is my responsibility which was fulfilled, was it not?

Your package being seized by customs, has absolutely nothing to do with my service, and to my best knowledge you were aware of such risks when ordering international. Furthermore, I would assume it is the client’s job to conduct their own due diligence before hand and I’ve made that very easy by stating my policies on my site and thread.

I have made one mistake, and that was responding to your emails in a not so timely manner AFTER I filled your order and provided proof of filling your order. And I was man enough to apologize for that. However, whether or not I responded fast, bares absolutely no relevance to why you seem to be upset with me. Assume I responded immediately, that would change what exactly? And I am certain that if you’re well versed enough to post a thread here, you were certainly versed enough to at least open my thread and read my policy. You seem to be upset at the fact that your pack got seized and I did not provide you with some special treatment outside of our regular policy.

You have thus far:
  1. Insulted me.
  2. Called me a scammer. lol?
  3. And insinuated that my stealth is shit, solely under the premise that your pack was seized.
Although, as I previously stated, I do appreciate the fact that you have wished me luck, I believe that my end of the bargain was fulfilled and I’ll not be entertaining fabrications made against me based on essentially nothing.

… our thread started with youd only had one package seized… then on this thread you said you’d had less that ten seized… then we move on to I will only be offering Canadian domestic…
you have thus far
Taken 1200$ to which I have nothing
Taken 6 weeks to respond to emails claiming they landed in spam
Then closed your door on the international market providing only domestic after this incidence
If the shoe fits bud put it on.
