However - I am confused as to what exactly is a scam? I ran a promo, many clients used it, but sadly your pack ended up being seized. My re-ship policy is written both in my section and also in the FAQ section of the site. I cannot make it any more clear than it is. It’s not like I have a little fine print somewhere stating my re-ship policy in order to make people believe otherwise.
I can tell you that I have been around boards for nearly a year now, and the total amount of packs that I have had seized is still likely under 10. I hate to see clients not receive what they paid for - but how am I at fault exactly? I cannot guarantee anything and never said that I would. I just shared my experience at the time with US customs.
So where have I gone wrong here? Yes - I have been slow with my email responses recently, which is why I have recruited a rep recently. My order volume has increased dramatically, and my customer service has suffered a bit as a result - and that’s why a rep has been recruited to address this.
But again sending insults my way, because your pack ended up being seized at customs has what to do with me exactly? I held up my end of the bargain and have no issues doing so for you or anyone else that would like to ask for a re-ship.
With that being said - moving forward, I am going to cease all shipments to the US permanently, and stay only Canadian Domestic. A very small fraction of my business is derived from the US and I only offered shipping there to give US clients an opportunity to try us out, not because I need their business.
So obviously since I get called a “cock sucker and a scam” if someone’s pack gets seized by customs, we will only be Canadian Domestic moving forward.
What an absolute shit response. You’ve lost a large percentage of your clientele recently as Meso has disowned you, so no need to justify your blatant avoidance towards concerned customer emails with a stupid lie. Everyone knows your not busy, you’ve got a bad rep everywhere except here, and that will likely change soon based off how you are handling your customers here…

There is nothing complex. An order was placed. Order was filled. Order ended up being seized. Re-ship policy is clearly available for viewing on the Forums/Site. I cannot do anything else for a client at that point.
If a client would like to me re-ship, I would of course do it. If they would not want to use the re-ship policy, then there is nothing I can do.
Yes, I was late to responding to some emails, AFTER the order was filled, and tracking # was provided. I apologized for that.
Again, where have I not held up my end of the bargain?
Lastly, I would appreciate it if you do not make assumptions on my end.

- I stated that I recruited a rep nearly a week ago in my own thread, because I am overwhelming busy. This was just a general announcement from me, not a response to anything.
- The only board where anyone has ever flamed me is on MESO, and nearly anyone on there that has flamed me on MESO is not a client of mine. In fact, multiple clients of mine have backed me up on MESO. If someone on MESO has conducted business with me and has an issue with an order, then I have absolutely no issues addressing it. Though such cases do not exist.
I provide a large amount of Pharmacy Grade items and I stand behind all my UGL products. I have not had any sort of issues from anyone from either of my product lines - and if anyone ever has an issue I would rectify it, granted the complaint makes sense.
I provide an additional service of sourcing special products for more than multiple clients of mine and do whatever I can to make them happy.
My T/A is not the greatest, however that has been stated again clearly in my section and my FAQ section.
I am only human, I do make mistakes, and when mistakes occur I try my best to address them and fix them.
But, will all that being said, if someone does not like me or the way I conduct myself, they do not have do business with me.
