Pharm gh pen, cap, cartridge frustrations

So i have 3 pharm brands norditropin 15iu, omnitrope 15iu and humatrope 18iu.

Each comes in a box and assumes you have either

A.) a pen
B.) disposable needle caps.

I got plenty of insulin syringes I can use instead. It looks like I can just draw out of the omni cartridge and looking into ways i can draw with needle out of the other two.

If anyone has any advice for me on whether I should be trying to get to this with regular needles or somehow get the needle caps or pens please feel free to help me understand. Thanks.
