How much pharmaceutical grade would I need to use for fat lose and anti aging bs generic
Don't bother, save your money. The fat loss and anti aging effects are overblown. If anything, try good tested generics before forking out for pharma. How much pharmaceutical grade would I need to use for fat lose and anti aging bs generic
I would personally use some GH secretagogues instead of HGH. In humans, we produce more than one type of HGH.
Our pituitary releases:
1) A 191 Amino Acid 22 kDa variant
2 A 20 kDa variant
3) A 23-24 kDa variant
The most well-researched and well understood is #1 (the 22 kDa variant).
Every form of synthetic GH ONLY CONTAINS VARIANT #1
Variants #2 and #3 most certainly have important biological functions otherwise our body wouldn’t make them.
The issue is that when you take exogenous GH, you shut down your natural production for a period.
This means your body is getting variant #1 (because you’re injecting it), but not #2 and #3. What are the long term ramifications of this? No one knows (yet) but I certainly wouldn’t want to be the Guinea pig for this experiment lol.
Some guys try to get around this issue by injecting GH EOD. I say screw that. Try using other means of raising GH.
Some effective means that won’t shut down your natural production are:
1) Peptides like CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin
2) Megadoses of melatonin (20-30 grams) which can double GH
3) Fasting
4) Sufficient levels of Testosterone, DHEA, and Estrogen (DONT BLOCK ESTROGEN)
5) L-DOPA
6) Propanolol (and possibly other beta blockers) by inhibiting somatostatin
7) Arginine
8) Niacin
9) Vigorous exercise
10) HOT SAUNA FOR 30-45 MINUTES for a ~50% boost in GH. It’s also very good for your heart. Just be sure to bring a water bottle so you don’t get dehydrated.
Also,
Try to limit 1) DHT derivatives (lower GH secretion) and 2) Insulin (inhibits GH release)
Don’t have insulin-spiking foods before bed (no carbs, or have your dinner like 3-4 hours before bed).
