pleasantly surprised at my current stack of ment test p and mast e.

im 3 weeks in, I pin 50mg of trest ace and 50mg test p per day, along with 150 mast E 2x a week and I’ve begun using ralox to curb minor gyno flare up, but have completely cut out the aromasin and I appear to not need it/made me feel worse. Any thoughts? This is no where near my first cycle. currently Im having less water retention than on high test alone, eating more, and fat is falling off my midsection as the scale goes up from muscles filling out.

Srsly, I run Trestolone the same and never used AI/SERM. I do take 400mg DIM daily so that may help a bit. I ran it without test at 200mg weekly (Trest Enanthate) and felt incredible, although having no biological estradiol weirded me out (7aMethylEstradiol doesn't show in lab work).

No biggie, test no-ester and propionate fixed that up before there were any issues (I get anxiety on MENT Enanthate, Acetate made me happy and super down-bad).

How’s ment different than other steroids ?
its highly anabolic while also being estrogenic and some people love it for bulking and a unique downside is methyl estradiol buildup such as with dbol, and being a 19nor makes gyno/other things a risk if you arent controlling prolactic or estrogen properly

I find that with myself and a few others I've consulted with, simple mitigation of P5P/DIM/Calcium D-Glucarate works well to keep sides at bay, and hormonal issues rarely show up.

Adding DHEA/Pregnenolone as well is good for the mental stuff, my anxiety went bye-bye with 100mg each daily with 25mg Bromantane.

super interesting. currently running test primo. wana try ment next cycle. possibly as soon as christmas maybe next year. the calcium d glucarate helps with the methyl e2 clearance? in dbol also?

I find that with myself and a few others I've consulted with, simple mitigation of P5P/DIM/Calcium D-Glucarate works well to keep sides at bay, and hormonal issues rarely show up.
DIM is Di-Indole Methane, it's found in cauliflower and broccoli and has a natural ability to work like an AI. It's mild, but it works well enough to keep levels within reference (myself and 3 others have labs showing this). Calcium D-Glucarate clears out toxins and inactive estrogen from the body so it piggy-backs DIM. Damiana leaf works like both and is also a good estrogen management product to have handy for daily support.

Oddly I sleep fine on MENT, make sure you don't have a mineral imbalance and supplement zinc and magnesium around bedtime.
 
I’m think it’s time to stop ment and cruise. i’ve been running into what appears to be liver stress symptoms. I have not done bloods, I know how to combat E well enough, but i’m pretty much feeling malaise. All I can eat is fucking greek yogurt and milk. I have no real appetite to make gains even on ment annd it’s a huge shame. Even after doing a therapeutic phlebotomy I had some relief but of different symptoms.

Are you taking anything else with it, orals and such?

Have yet to see liver issues on MENT, myself or anyone else I've consulted with on its use. Even pointed out on live stream my ALT/AST/GGT and others were totally untouched.
