Post Surgery...

Had a long lasting shoulder injury (like 10+ years) and due to the nature of my work, I just kept under wraps. I can function, I still lift, definitely have reduced strength, less size and some real pain, pretty fuckin bad at times… anyways… finally getting close to a time where I can address it, I’m gonna assume some surgery is my future. Looking for the fast track back to action… ie. those pro athletes that come back from knee replacement after 3 months like WTF… and I realize they have access to top notch care and its their job, but outside of that…

anyone have any experience with HGH, TB500, BCP157 post surgery?

A guy on Reddit did a write up about something similar after his surgery… any similar experiences / recommended doses?

(I realize there are multiple factors here, just wanting to build an idea)

I just had a surgery and after 7-9 days healing (using high TRT test (150mg/wk)) I have started adding anavar in to my diet. 10mg in the morning and 10mg at night. It’s not a ton, but I am looking at at least 4-6 week layoff from the gym and am trying to prevent as much catabolism as possible.

I have used several weeks of BPC-157 for shoulder tendonitis, but I am not 1000% convinced it worked, migth have done something. I am going to run another 2 vials of it soon while I’m laid up anyway. I got 250mcg of BPC 2x a day (morning and night) it can’t really hurt and isn’t expensive.

I ran BPC/TB/GH to fix my shoulders (didn’t have surgery, just extreme pain) and after a 6 week course they felt brand new. Peps from XPeptides.

6 weeks of resting is usually enough to fix most pains in the body without any drug assistance anyway.

OP just rest like a normal god damn person and follow the doctor’s advice.

Tempted to try bpc for my elbow tendinitis. Shit is getting mad annoying and it looks like I’ll probably have to take time off sadly

Except I didn’t rest, just lowered my working sets to 60-70%.

there are zero known side effects from BPC-157. Even if you rest for 6 weeks, why not also use the peptide? Sure it’s hard to tell if the rest or the peptide (or the combination) is the solution, but covering all the bases seems like a no-brainer
