So recently I’ve started the 10iu 3x/week hgh protocol, I am seeing good results much better than 5iu/day, now my problem is I fucking Suck at understanding the half lives like I get The basics but when it comes to hgh and eating I dont Know shit, basically I’m wondering should I immediately consume my post workout meal, wait a an hour or 2 and then pin growth? Or pin growth as soon as I’m done then wait however long then eat? I’d assume it would be the first one so my body has something to build off of right? My only reasoning for the latter would be to get igf pumping in there asap. Now this is for as much mass as possible my post workout meal will be terrible and unhealthy, I dont Put on fat for shit even without the growth and I’m trying to get to 300#s thanks
