Pre-cycle Bloodwork

I got my bloodwork a few days ago, and I wanted to get some opinions on it. Wasn't there a subreddit or something where guys would review your bloodwork? I think I read something about that a while back, but I can't find it. Anyways, here is the bloodwork, I think its mostly fine, except for the hematocrit and some liver enzymes. I'll be getting some grapefruit to control the hematocrit, the enzymes could be due to Accutane, should I get Tudca/Nac for that?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I forgot to say, I'm starting a 250 test + 250 primo and HCG cycle, for a long time, kind of following Vigorous Steve advise on a first cycle.

DAMN, how is your HDL 79? Give me your secrets haha... Looks really good actually, how much water do you drink? BUN is high, the GENERAL standard is 7-20. Could be too much protein intake too? AST,ALT, and Alk phos look fine? what makes you think liver is off? I would definitely invest in tudca po and glutathione injections while on cycle to protect your liver though. I am an advocate for glutathione injections, the clarity of mind I get is amazing, even at low doses.
Hct is the ratio of RBC to everything else in your blood but your rbc are normal, I would hydrate and get ready to donate blood during your cycle.

Really appreciate the help man, I'm new to all this. I was a bit worried about the Albumin and the Protein total being too high, but like you said everything else looks good. I actually did some research on Glut a while back because of the skin effects, but I'm not sure about adding more injections, sublingual Glut is a good alternative for what I heard. I'm going to get bloodwork again in 4-6 weeks, if the hematocrit is too high then I'll be going for blood donations.

So, totally subjective here but my albumin, rbc, hgb, and hct were all elevated prior to cycle too. I am in my mid 20's and had numerous doctors tell me that a lot of very healthy athletic people have these exact same high lab values. I think in your case given your BUN it is high protein intake or a small amount of dehydration. Where do you get sublingual? Sounds like a smart plan.

I was serious about your HDL though haha, how is it that good? Diet or do you take anything that you think contributes?

Very elevated HDL-C does not confer any reduction in ASCVD risk and in fact appears to be correlated with an increased risk. (Source + Source). HDL-C is more likely correlated with functionality of your HDL particles rather than concentration, so long as your HDL-C is neither extremely low or high, you need not be concerned.

I think the high protein or the small dehydration make sens, I might have gone overboard with those protein shakes, and I don't drink enough water when I'm working.

I never tried sublingual Glut, but I was keeping an eye on a brand called Relumins, it's kind of expensive but so its Glut IV.

I wish I could tell you about my HDL, but I've no idea why is that high. I don't diet or anything, and I'm not taking any supps right now.

I see your point, and I don't disagree with the statements you are making on their own but there is more to it than that. Elevated but not high HDL on its own doesn't negate cardiac risk, but generally, people who have a higher yet not "high" HDL HAVE low or lower LDL, this is part of HDL's function. You brought up a good point about the functionality of HDL but in this specific case with this individual, his HDL is <80 and LDL is solidish. I don't think this necessarily speaks poorly to his HDL's functionality.

Looks great, your RBC is a tad high on paper, but in practice it's normal.

You can donate blood preventively to be safe.

Protein and albumin are likely high as a consequence of eating high protein diets so no worries there, unless you have some organ stuff you're not sharing.

Just be mindful of your AI dosage if you haven't used primo before, and I would definitely be on TUDCA or NAC if you're using Accutane.

My only other recommendation is to keep an eye on your blood pressure on cycle, buy a cuff on amazon and just track it. I doubt it will be an issue on this cycle, but you never know how some folks will respond to certain compounds.

Looking real healthy. Have you started your cycle? How's that going?
Sorry for the late reply, I did my first injection on October 29, and I've injecting daily Subq ever since, 40MG daily. Not side effects so far, will wait for another 2 weeks to do bloodwork.

So 20 mg of test and 20 mg of primo? Daily to help prevent sides?

I haven't started the Primo yet since this is my first cycle and I wanted to see how I respond to test alone, but I will add it at 40mg daily in 2 weeks probably to match my 40MG test. And yes sir, daily injections to fight the sides, the YT gurus seem to agree that injection frequency can be as important as doses to control sides. I actually read some studies about subq administration having lower HCT compared to IM.

injecction frequency definitely keeps things in check. everytime ive ran short esthers i go everyday, with longer stuff id still go minimum 3x a week. if youre running test e/c dont be afraid to pin that 3x a week while pinning the primo everyday, thats what ive done a few times and its gone totally great.

Sorry, lower "HCT"?

Sorry, lower "HCT"?
Hematocrit = % of Red blood cells compared to other volume in blood. Kind of worrisome that subq injections would cause that to happen since if your testosterone is elevating exogenously that should increase EPO thus increasing production of RBC and HGB... Makes me think subq has an inferior ability to absorb T in this case, if that is a true statistic.
