I’m going to be pinning everyday and I’m wondering if there’s a way to preload insulin syringes so I can have maybe a weeks worth of pins ready to go and i dont have to backfill one everyday. If I fill them, cap them, and store them in my little gear cabinet thing would that be fine? Or is having a syringe filled with gear just sitting out for days a recipe for disaster?

It shouldn't be since it's sterile. Personally I like to go the extra mile and use a separate syringe for each pin

Depends on what/how much solvent your gear uses. If its something super harsh like EO or Guaiacol then no because it will degrade the rubber stopper and youre gonna be pinning a mix of Test and rubber. I think MCT oil might also have the potential to do this but on what kind of a timeframe im not sure. You might get away with storing them preloaded for a week and not see any degradation. With organic carrier oils like GSO, Castor Oil, Cottonseed oil and a reasonable BB concentration you should be fine though.
