So recently I had torn my distal biceps tendon. My surgeon refused prescribing me Deca pre/post OP and through the length of my recovery. So I didn’t even bother to follow up with asking about HGH or the likes.
Fast forward couple days post OP, I found a source that legitimately prescribes HGH.
Explained my needs and that I’m not looking to abuse HGH but I would like to continue taking HGH even after full recovery for therapeutic purposes, including the benefits surrounding weight training. I’d like to make it a life long decision so long as there are no signs it’s doing me harm later down the road.
Consultant gave me the okay and prescribed 2iu for my first 6-12 months. This dosage has benefits with lesser water retention and less likely to feel lethargic. Amongst other sides.
I wanted to get on 4iu but consultant refused my request. I was talked into sticking to 2iu long term to reap the benefits, slowly but surely, without worries of negative side effects. Apparently running more than 4iu isn’t necessary and for someone starting HGH they should be acquainted with 2iu for the first year.
I’ve been told depending on how accepting my body (for lack of more technical terms) is to administered HGH, I can feel/see it’s effects as soon as 14 days or up to 3 months.
I start my protocol tomorrow.
With that said, even though I would rather have a conservative dose (I don’t blast big numbers with test/tren/etc…) I thought 4iu each day, 5 days a week, was a conservative dose?
It seems like the consultant wants me to go the, “slow and steady” route for rehab and for body composition. Realistically, @ 2iu a day, can I see a significant change in body composition over time? Even 2-3 years down the road?
The prime motivator is just slowing down the aging process but the injury is what made me pull the trigger.
For what it’s worth, I have been prescribed with:
Zomacton - Somatropin
