What do you guys recommend to help prevent chafing? Currently the only thing I’ve found is Gold Bond friction glide which I rub up and down my thighs if I plan on doing any walking whatsoever, but it’s temporary. I can’t even do some fasted cardio without my inner thighs getting rubbed raw after a few days in a row. This is the only negative I can think of since training 7 years, but God is it torture.
