Preventing Chafing/Ham Rubbage

What do you guys recommend to help prevent chafing? Currently the only thing I’ve found is Gold Bond friction glide which I rub up and down my thighs if I plan on doing any walking whatsoever, but it’s temporary. I can’t even do some fasted cardio without my inner thighs getting rubbed raw after a few days in a row. This is the only negative I can think of since training 7 years, but God is it torture.

Female stick deodorant. Rub it between your legs/wherever you chafe. Works like a fucking charm and you’ll never chafe again.

Wear that chafe like a badge of honour, at least you have the wheels to make it happen!

In my gym I think that it’s only me and half the women that actually have any leg mass. It pains me as a bloke that the girls are massively out working the boys. The chest and curl brigade are a mass of sticks from the waist down. I was told off by my wife for asking one how long it took him to get over his accident. I assumed that he had been paralysed from the waist down at some point.

I use corn starch. Make a nice man gravy down there.

But for real, no talc that shit dissolves. That medicated gold Bond only BEFORE chaffing. If you slap that on a chaffed area… It’s pretty not fun
