It depends what you mean. Here's an analogy: Advil is a brand name for ibuprofen. You can buy ibuprofen at a gas stations for like $.50 a tablet and it is, effectively, 100% identical.
Anavar, as a brand name, is very rare because there are currently few medical uses for it, and some of those are being discontinued in the near future. However, the active compound oxandrolone is not hard to find. You have to look around to a source that publishes purity testing and also allows users to get credit for testing blind samples, but you can do that with a good attitude and six minutes to kill.

USA clinics who use compounding pharmacies sell anavar for $400 for 60 count of 50mg.
If you were to use a regular doctor that sent you a script to a compounding pharmacy it would be way cheaper since the clinics sell it at a markup.
But you have probably a 1% percent chance of a doctor doing that for you

The clinic I went to would charge around $300 for a 30 day supply of 20mg max I think. Winstrol was about the same

I know trt nation sells it for $400 50mg 60 count my buddy sent me pic of their product list.
So I’m not exact sure of the other clinics. But yeah idk seems high. I probably wouldn’t spend that much on it unless I had money to burn
