I had taken 4 months off completely from everything. Meaning peds , the gym . And had check ups to monitor my health . - I seen a doctor about a month ago who after blood work said I was optimally healthy . So from then I decided to began working out again and decided to compete in the muscle beach classic in 2025. I had weighed 185-189 lbs at 5’9 during the time I didn’t workout .

During my off phase or health phase .


And I have been working out one month consistently now using sus , Masteron ,Anavar at times and anadrol .

I now weigh 210 lbs .

My man, after how many people told you body builders don’t do altered pics, and a pic to show results at that. I was gonna say you look a lot healthier as it no longer looks like your thyroid is failing and your eyes aren’t swollen. BUT post blood work. Also, pretend you’re doing a check in and send pics of front and sides. You wouldn’t send your coach pics with filters, don’t do it to the PEOPLE! Love you bro.

Make sure you are running test high enough as to feed that mast the estradiol it needs. Also to not crash. Maybe pulse dbol as needed when you start getting low estro sides

I actually cringed at myself for suggesting you dbol. Honestly, just know anavar crashes lipids, but your doc said yours were good. I don’t believe your lipids were good looking at your diet and cycles and being on GH. Maybe your Metformin worked miracles.. idk, but if this is a growing phase

You’re gonna be eating foods high in fats, im sure beef and eggs. I wouldn’t use a statin just yet as your liver probably frigged. I would def add ezitembe, citrus bergamont and TUDCA. NOT that what you’re taking is damaging, it’s the high blood sugar that tells your liver to release triglycerides in the blood when it doesn’t need to that’s gonna give you fatty liver, it’s not even the liver toxic orals that’s the worse for you in my opinion. It’s confusing your liver and pancreas with GH and not supporting it. Just keep that in mind!

He doesn't have a coach, and doesn't understand the value of having a coach. It's very likely he's never sent a real check in to a coach before.

LORD PLEASE HIRE A COACH.

When were these 4 months? Because Oct to Dec is not even 2 full months in here. In July and Aug you were on Sust talking about maintaining mass.

I didn't even bother to go back further than that.

Lord, my man, you need to get your life together. You're unhealthy both mentally and physically. Remember "little bullshit called kidney failure"? Shit doesn't just go away.

For oils; something like gram of test, EQ, NPP. For orals; 10-15mg of superdrol or Rad140 at 30-40mg with LGD4033 20-30mg. Usually stick to the sarms RAD and LGD for mass as they always seemed less toxic and I dont get the fatigue like I would after 3-4 weeks of superdrol. Those two sarms together I've gained some serious mass without even trying. Example; starting low 220's and finishing around at 256-258, and being a lot leaner than I had previously been at that weight. That was over probably a 3-4 month length. Next time I run those two sarms together going to try adding in the yk-11 to keep things a bit more dry.

I feel you on the trestolone. I've had my share of up's n downs with it. When I first ran it, estro was hard to control and manage, which is the main thing thats kept me away from using it again. Something kinda in the back of my head, but I'm thinking of adding in some trest-ace as it's been probably 10 years since running it. Plus it being a bit more popular on this form, I can't help but scratch the itch to give it another try.

There seems to be a ton of coaching services in yt. 2 that come to mind is Dr James and Vigorous Steve. Not not knowing who they've coached is tough to pick anyone out there.

Would go with Mast over primo any day of the week. Definitely going to get more out of the mast. Primo even at a 1-1.5 grams you wont be getting much from it. Drys you out and crashes E2, also can come with bad ED issues.

Would rather trade it out for a higher dose of ment or something else ran in the back ground along side the other compounds.
Wouldn’t one get the same effect of running npp with proviron as opposed to Masteron

Going to be honest man— I think you just need to get your diet and training right. All the gear in the world doesn’t matter if those two aspects aren’t dialed in, then you’re training for a few months, then taking a few months off, then training and then taking another break

It seems like you’re adding and rotating new compounds every week. Just pick one cycle and stick with it for 12-16 weeks without any changes to the dosage or compounds.

it’s probably very difficult to understand what is working and what isn’t when you’re changing things on a weekly basis

And I say this with the upmost respect. You seem like a good dude, just need to be a little more decisive and consistent with your plan

I have been for the past 6 weeks consistently using

Sustanon , sarms

I recenly
The past 3 weeks added in tren e and that’s all I have ran the past. 6 weeks
