Protection recommendations while on Orals?

how do you take them sublingually ? obviously liquid dropper items I can understand, but help me understand

If it's a capsule, open it and pour the powder under your tongue and keep it there till completely disolved....the longer the better. If it's a tablet, same procedure except that if the tablet is too hard to dissolve, you might have to crush it first.
The membranes under your tongue will absorb the substance directly into your bloodstream much faster, and more efficiently, than swallowing it and bypass the digestive tract, sparing your organs the hardship. You'll still, of course, swallow some, but much less.

Love all the NAC love here. I've been taking it for years and I credit that with actually helping to improve my lipids quite a bit.


I take Puri-T and NAC.

1200mg daily. Even if I wasn't on gear I'd still use NAC. It's good stuff. I buy grid iron on eBay and it seems to be legit

I do 1g 3x/day spaced out. I use NOW brand, that’s what they suggest on the directions. Not sure if 3g/day is overkill but I’m a fan as well

Not sure of the of the potency of that specific brand, but you're likely good. 1200-1800 seems to be the dosage I see online a lot

I use NAC(1000mg) and UDCA(800mg) but prefer not to run orals if I can avoid it due to the hit my HDL takes.
