Heyy everyone.
What y’all running regarding protein vitamin/ minerals ?
Here’s my stack

Whey concentrate (don’t want to spend extra$ for WPI)
OTC vitamin stack
Omega 3 with High EPA
Those are the 3 main things I am running

Looking for some advice on liver and kidney support OTC are those any helpful in long run?

If I run any orals I take TUDCA, NAC, and Liv52. May be overkill but after experiencing liver stress I’ll take whatever helps, which those do.

The absorption rate between concentrate and isolate is pretty significant but your protein source should come from whole foods anyways. Only time I supplement whey is in the morning for breakfast when I mix it in my oats.

Other supps i take for various reasons are D3, B6, zinc, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine chondroitin msm, citrus bergamot, ZMA, baby aspirin, ashwaghanda, vitamin a, vitamin e, super cissus, vitamin c, black currant oil, CoQ10

On workout days I take 10mg of cialis which has kidney benefits

I'll drink a multi phase protein powder before bed a couple times a week in place of steak. That's the only protein powder I use.

Supplements;

Metformin = the GOAT
Berberine = GDA
D3/K2 = insufficient in my diet
ZMA = beneficial for training/androgens
TUDCA = protein folding
Multivitamin = background top ups
Chromium = for insulin
Noopept = neurological learning on chest days
EAA/Dextrose = Intra workout
Injectable L-carnitine/choline = pre workout
Cbd/thc = night time wind down
Lantus = background work
Greens powder = background work/top up
Creatine = because

On cycle add in
Astragalus and citrus bergamot / some other random stuff depending on bloodwork etc.
