Im 6 ft 190 pounds right now, only on 125mg test a week, I have been dealing with these puffy sensitive nipples for 2 years now, I have tired all the letro/arimidex/nolvadex for weeks on end and the nipples still persist. I have also got multiple blood work in the last 2 year which shows my test is normal and e2 is normal/low, prolactin and other hormones to be in range and bloodwork is good.

At this point I think surgery is the only option and I have seen 2 surgeons but they said that they wouldnt do it.

I never had these sensitive nipples prior, and I don’t know what to do now, they literallt bother me all day long. Any help would be appreciated thanks. I don’t think taking anymore ai or nolvadex will work/ I have tried nolvadex for 2 months now.

It would be extremely obvious if you’ve had gyno for two years. Are you sure it isn’t just the fabric of your shirts or the detergent you use that’s causing irritation?

On that dosage of test it’s less of an issue for most. Although, I have a friend that had to end up getting gyno surgery on his left pec. Can you actually feel a lump, hard or soft in both of your pecs or just the symptoms you listed? Depending on your insurance provider if you have a lump or say you’ve had naturally occurring gyno since you were a kid, will often get a doctor to perform the surgery.

Are there supposed to be pics? Nothing’s loading on my end. I’d be extremely interested in the development of this thread and possible solutions because I think I’m in the same boat.

People say nothing looks out of the norm, visually, but fuck it feels super puffy and sensitive to me. And they’re always so hard I’m surprised all my shirts don’t have nippple holes in em

@“fortnite1” were you stacking test w/ anything two years ago? Are you still running test. Your age may have something to do with it. How old are you? My buddy is 50 and and he’s blasted a lot 20 years ago. He’s on TRT now and says he gets puffy/sore nipples due to his age. He said he’s never had any issues before. Have you considered going to an endocrinologist?
