Pulmonary Embolism?

I’ve inject tren in the past dozens of times and have never had the dreaded “tren cough”. I recently started injecting a high concentration Test E at 500mg per ml and have been coughing almost after every injection with 1cc in the delt. Its worrying me a bit because my lungs feel tight for a few hours after.

I have heard of individuals coughing with other compounds. The theory is that the compound gets into a vain and produces the coughing.

Is this safe or reasonable? I am thinking that the oil is producing the cough because of the amount of test CRAMED into 1ml, but I’m not sure.

Has this happened to anyone else?

To the best of my knowledge this is from the BA in your gear going into capillaries. Once they get soaked up it goes to the lungs for oxygen exchange.

I had a source awhile back that accidentally had too much BA in one of his batches of test, he sold it cheap as a result and told people. However this was the only time I ever had coughing fits from injecting, happened 5 times with 1 vial. Never any issues other than the coughing however.

Unless you injecting DIRECTLY into a vein (Not going to happen unless you intentionally try this), I wouldn’t worry about a pulmonary embolism.

I have not noticed any issues related to coughing/breathing with higher concentration product. Additionally, I have never gotten tren cough before.

I do not know if it is safe or something to be concerned about.

Things to consider:
  1. have you used this source before
  2. have you used this ester before
  3. have you used this carrier oil before
if no to any of the above, it could very well be the culprit (ex. you could be allergic to the carrier oil and the trouble breathing is related to your reaction)

In addition to the comments above, unless you are directly injecting into an artery (which you won’t be if you’re using approved injections sites), then injecting into a vein shouldn’t be a concern. If you attempt to push that much oil into the vein, it’s going to collapse immediately and not cause harm.

This is similar to why the World Health Organization (WHO) no longer recommends aspiration prior to injection in their literature. TLDR if you inject into a vein, it will collapse.
