Was watching this classic Arnold movie and first of all, those guys back then in my opinion, looked way better than the guys today. But I was wondering to myself, was there such thing as AI’s back then. How did those guys not look like water buffalos if there weren’t. Especially if Arnold popped dbol like he supposedly did. And how did they keep gyno away?

They did NOT use ANY ai’s. I confirmed this with Ric Drasin. They did not use testosterone. It was Decca, Dbol, and Primobolan. No ai needed. Low carb diet curbed water retention.

They didn’t have AI’s back then. You’ll also notice gyno wasn’t an issue back then either. I believe it was from never getting too much body fat, even in the off-season. They also used a lot less than what guys use today. I’ve heard different answers as to wether or not he used test back then but if he did I assume it wouldn’t be much more than what is considered a cruise dose today.

So no test? Wouldn’t that have shut them down and put them into a world of bad sides?
