Yes, of course. Bare with me here, I'll give you the full story. The last time I placed an order through panda was right before lockdowns happened. I placed a $900 dollar order for about 500ml of test 200ml of deca and a couple packs of anadrol. I like to buy in bulk for personal use, so I don't have to worry about ever running out and the constant threat that China is going to tighten up on manufacturing. I like to be prepared for a drought. USPS managed to lose my order but it was marked as delivered. I thought they might have put it in the wrong mail box at my apartment complex. So I placed a duplicate order. Lo and behold about a week after that, the package that was "lost" magically turned up in my mailbox. So when the second package arrived, I had about 1L of test. The test was advertised at 250mg/ml, when I received the package the test had crashed. No big deal, this is not an uncommon occurrence due to cold temperatures during transit. Throw it in a pot and heat it up to get it to back into solution. Easy fix. Then it crashed again at room temperature and was giving me some slight pip. Contacted you guys about it and turns out that it was actually dosed at 300mg/ml but you hadn't updated the website. I know that you guys typically overdose your oils by 10% which 330mg/ml should hold in solution but it kept crashing. 330mg/ml is the limit when the solution will become super saturated so it had to have been dosed higher than 330mg/ml but who knows what the actual concentration was. Which is no big deal when I'm on a blast but sucks when I'm cruising as I like to have accurately dosed test. So I had to order some benzyl benzoate and GSO to dilute the oils down to 250mg/ml myself, again no big deal. Thing is the pip never went away. Even when I would add other compounds to it.
You guys did end up by doing right, by me. You gave me a $250 credit. It's not like I didn't get what I ordered but it raises questions as to what was the deca dosed at? Or what about the anadrol? or anything else for that matter, really.
I ended up using the store credit about a year later and ordered 100ml of Mast E finished. Which came in some really cool looking vials but I haven't used any of it. Just kinda holding onto it in my doomsday stash or for when I actually do a show.
Prior to this, I have been a customer of you guys since 2016, I believe. I had ordered finished oils from you guys many, many times and was always pleased with the product. It really just boils down to wanting accurately dosed test for when I'm on a cruise so my test level on my bloodwork is a target I can reach every time I come off a blast.
