Question about pinning sites

I've gone through a few cycles and pinning in the dorso glute drives me crazy. I'm not very flexible and it can be very hard to twist far enough to properly pin. The vent injections looks a bit more complicated. Does anyone have any other great pnning sites or tips for the dorso injection site to make pinning easier. I've found the process very annoying as of late.

Why limit yourself to a single....or two..... injection sites. Rotating between more sites creates less potential of scar tissue at a single....or two....site.

I've rotated between 14 total sites. I'm not saying that you should start injecting calves but easier sites like quads , delts, and lats are very easily accessable.

Heres a website that is great to learn from.....https://www.spotinjections.com/index3.htm

I pin delt/glutes/lats/pecs/calves/rear delts/ventroglutes/traps/triceps.

I try to break down my week totals in to ED/EOD volumes so the shots tend to be .5ml or less.

SpotInjections.com is an old-school favorite.

Delts and ventro gluteal are easy and my favorite.

depending on the compound you should try to pin subq as well. No more than 0.5ml per injection, I personally do about 0.3

Quads and shoulders are easy pin days. Pin triceps now and then because that's easy too. when ED pinning for 20weeks you need to pin everywhere. I don't do lats or biceps.

I rotate quads, VG, shoulders, and glutes depending on how much oil I’m pinning.

I’ve tried lats a few times and it’s not bad. Just difficult to reach at times especially if I begin to cramp up trying to reach

Are quads and shoulders 1 inch pins? Espcially if you're not super muscular?

Same question to the other use, are quads and shoulders 1 inch pins? Espcially if you're not super muscular?

Typically.....yes.

Most oftern rule of thumb is 1.5" for glutes injections and 1" for all spot injections.

Quads, pecs, delts literally anywhere on your hip, all of those are super easy and I never get much pip

Yeah lats are always super smooth. I use a .5inch slin pin for everything and pin everywhere. Minimal scar tissue and easy injections. Currently doing 1ml per day easy

Use 1/2 inch 26-28g slin syringes. with this being said the only way your going to get away with 28g is if you heat the oil up making it much easier/faster to draw. I wrap whatever vials or compounds I will be using the following day in a heating pad the night prior to pinning. Heating the oil up before pinning not only makes the draw faster but also significantly reduces the PIP. If you haven't tried this it's a must, I personally never minded the post injection pain, in the beginning I looked at it as a factor telling me the gear was actually working lol. Long story short cough up the $20 invest in a heating pad and pin wherever the f*** you want. just watch for nerves in the quads because those hurt regardless of the temp of oil.
