Everyone is different, but my advice even in early stages is to nuke it using 2.5mg letro ed for at least 4 weeks. Get it gone and handle your AI dosing properly with a fresh start. Exactly. I know that I’m not one that converts estrogen quickly because I’m pretty low bodyfat and it doesn’t take but 2 Asin pills a week to eventually seem to crash it so for me there is a fine line between not feeling good/hot flashes or not taking enough. I used to get away with 1 asin 12.5mg and 1/4 adex. I mixed them because 1/4 adex even 2x a week didn’t seem enough, but 2 Asin seemed too much. I’d rather feel cold at night than burning up because that makes it very hard to get comfortable. The dry joints are what got me. I had a hard time walking. Felt like my ankles were breaking haha. I’m not familiar with rolax. I will have to Google it.I agree with don. I had a developing lump so I nuked it with letro and took rolax (because I read that is more aggressive whether it is or not…) and had it gone in a little over a month. I don’t like to fuck around and I’d rather be safe then sorry when it comes to that. Just me though. I felt fine with crashed estrogen. If I wanted to live until I was 70 I’d do it, but I’d tolerate the minor early stages of gyno and take the Nolva instead. So far I have no side effects on Nolva… not sure what they are but I seem fine so far. Sex drive is same as usual. I’ve heard it’s pointless on cycle unless you feel early gyno… of course I’ve also read from some it did help, some it did not.
