The doc just ordered my labs for the suspected use of test. What the fuck do I do without potentially losing my whole fucking career. Like enroll in SUDCC or ASAP or just own it and see where it goes?

First, what dosages and what PED’s Are you on?

Been out for a while, so I can’t comment on todays standards. But my community was extremely small. Being that at any given time there were less than 100 of us in country, we were in high demand and probably got away with alot more than most. That said, PED’s were sort of unofficially encouraged without it being stated during OEF. If you popped, you were warned to clear your system and retested later. They actually never even tested us. If they tested you, it was bc you were caught with something, or your name came up during some investigation. I know a couple of operators across multiple branches that popped, and all were barely slapped on the wrist. At this point the test is done, so nothing to do now but wait for doc. Then assess from there. How’s your record, scores, etc?

But like I asked above, what were you on and what dosages?

The biggest problem is that I'm flight and fall under stricter standards. I'm hoping that it's like you say talk to the flight surgeon and get a warning. part of SOF if you can piece it together but I don't foresee any leniency, to be honest.

Ah ok I gotcha. Def as small of a community as mine. Man, if you’re on test only, they’re gonna have a hard time PROVING you’re on anything. Especially at 200mg. When was your last injection before the test? Did they have any type of baseline readings to compare to?

It’s not the Olympics. Most docs can barely read a TRT panel let alone understand a T/E value. And high T/E values can be explained away. Same with Low LH values. Idk what your flight panel is like, but without baseline readings, things will be tough to press as long as you don’t break.

Remember, you’re on bio-identical test. Most abnormal readings you may get flagged on are easily explainable.

Man if your last injection was last Monday at 200mg, and your lab is tomorrow, then I’d put money the max your test levels are gonna hit are like 800 ng/Dl or so. Maybe even less. That’s considered normal. Everyone is different, but that’s what mine hit at previously while on TRT through a clinic that was trying one injection per week and tested a week later. I can’t give you legal advice, but that’s gonna be a tough to show on a test that you’re on gear. HOWEVER, your FSH and LH are gonna be low. BUTTTT, that could be from other stuff. They can suspect all they want. But at that level, you fall well within the statistical standards. I can’t see flight Doc pursuing it further. Even if somehow you were at 1100 ng/Dl you’d be on the low end of high.

If it wasn’t tomorrow, I’d say to rush to a trt clinic and try and get on it. But idk how flight standards view TRT.

If something comes up, it’s gonna cost you some money, but I think a military lawyer could get you restored easily. But at that point, Is commands confidence in you damaged? Something to keep in mind, if you’re with the unit I think, they’ve spent millions training you. That comes into play sometimes. May get grounded for a bit and a slap on the wrist. But I can’t see them kicking you out.

i actually have a REALLY bad (but hilarious) story that involved, me, some team guys out of SD, and a pilot from what’s likely your unit crossing into Tijuana for a Bachelor party. The money they had tied up in us is literally the only thing that saved our Careers.

super tough man. if you pass your test personally id pin daily with test p or something SUPER fast in and out. personally if the military is your career i wouldnt waste it on gear though. lol but you want to roll the dice just run fast acting compounds with no esters. lots of pins but its in and out. will probably have mood issues but again you gotta play the hand your held.

also like the other person said, DEPENDING on your ester, youll be in the normal range but high. you pinned 200 a week again. test e and c have roughly a 7 day half life, which means 1/16/23 you only had 100mg in your system. if you pinned a faster ester then its completely out.

So this is what I have done so far.

Went to a TRT clinic and got blood work, likely I will have a script for the time being on Tuesday. It’s just as a “hey it’s from a legitimate doctor” type thing.

I haven’t looked online to see what my levels are at yet or if they have been completed yet. Still TBD on that.

My biggest thing is do I just big dick it and take TRT level doses during this time or just hope off? As far as I’m aware I’m absolutely allowed to pursue “off base” medication as long as it’s from a medical provider according to tricare or something of the sort.

I haven’t heard anything back from the DOC. I’m not sure if I need to call to schedule the other appointment. No news is usually good news I guess?

You need to have a heart to heart with the TRT clinic doc (probably a PA). Tell them what’s going on, tell them you’ve been on black market test but want to do it right. That way when your test levels come back high, they won’t shew you away.

On another note … was talking with a buddy I run contracts with who’s former NS. (Don’t worry, we have some trust there). Depending on length of time and career, even if we’re to get cut it’s highly possible you get a visit from OGA. So there’s a bright side

The problem with this isn't the exogenous T you're using, it's the illegal use and the needles.

As far as I know as long as it's prescribed by a physician then I'm not sure there's a problem.

I don't think you should ever own anything or lie for that matter. Any good lawyer is gonna tell you to play dumb, but not incriminate yourself at all, don't say anything that can come back on you.
