Raloxifene Protocol

What would be the best way about taking Raloxifene on cycle to prevent/eliminate gyno? Dosages and length? I’ve seen some people say 60mg a day and up to twice a day. Also seen that it can take months to work. If you prefer something other than Raloxifene to prevent/eliminate gyno, what would that be?

60mg is all you need. If you develop a gyno (actual tissue development) take it until it subsides there’s no fixed set amount of time you need to take it for.

Some people use nolva which can get rid of a gyno flair up, but all’s its really doing is just bringing the inflammation down from inhibiting the estro from getting to your breast tissue.

Gyno flair ups are merely tissue inflammation due to excess estro at the first stage. Full blown gyno development won’t happen overnight so it would be a good idea to try to get your e2 back in check before raloxifene though if your that worried about it it wouldn’t hurt you to take preemptively.

I think anything past 60 is well up there in the point of diminishing returns. Even 60 is a lot really. A lot of dosing protocols would entail taking your best guess on AI to knock out the problem and 60/120 ED for 2 weeks, and 60ED for a good couple weeks thereafter. Personally, I’m paranoid about gyno so I take it most any time I’m taking anything that would cause significantly elevated estrogen. Given side effects, I’d far rather take preventative ralox than preventative AIs.

Take this from me but obviously everyone’s body is different.

I had a pea sized lump under my left nipple only, right was fine. Took 60mg Ralox + 20mg Nolvadex for a week and it was gone. Both Ralox and Nolvadex were Pharma Grade.
