So. First off let’s just say this is stupid I’m asking this.
I’ve had some issues with a particular company I order from to get some of my bulk powdered supplements. I won’t mention the name, since I’m not sure if I’m allowed too. But I will start off by saying their products are great quality.
So I bought some citrulline from them back in August. It was supposed to last for 500 days, with doing a serving per day. I did ONLY a fucking serving per day and I ran out in about 250 days. Basically they have mislabeled the weight of their serving. They said 1 serving = 2g when in reality it’s about 4g.
So since I’m frustrated I contacted customer service because I’ve had this EXACT issue before with another product. They basically said sorry it’s not accurate to measure weight by volume. No shit. I’m a chemical bioscience major, but the fact your label is about 100% off is some goat dick shit too. I can’t stop ordering from them because their prices are so good and their products are great.
But get this. I just got an order today that my products SHOULD weigh 22 lbs. the UPS label says the pack is 19 lbs. Should I assume they are making it light or is the label off that much? I’ve thought about filing a claim with BBB on this since I feel like it’s false advertising. Anyways. Let me hear some opinions on this.
