Personally I started tren A at 140mg/wk (20 mg/day) and mast prop @ 210mg/wk (30mg/day). After experience I went up to 210 tren, then 350 tren, and ultimately decided that 350 was far too overwhelming sides wise, and unnecessary at the level I am at. I have very little experience with masteron and that was the only dose I tried - I found it great to minimize the need for AI but little in the cosmetic department, however, I used it while running dbol so that may play a role in that (my goal with it was just to help keep my estro under control).
In the future I will be using 140mg tren as my starting point again, possibly going up to 210mg. I don’t feel more is beneficial for me as an individual. In my eyes starting low makes far more sense than starting high, especially with a drug so notorious for sides.
