Red neck, help!

My face and especially neck is very red as if I’m sunburnt. Family and friends have noticed, I said I got sunburnt, but I can only be sunburnt for so long.

Test E: 200mg/week
Aromasin: 6.25mg eod
hcg: 100iu/week spread out equally through 3 shots

That’s literally all I’m taking. I’ve been donating blood regularly, the soonest I can donate again is the middle of this month. I’ve been watching my blood pressure and I’ve been tanning to help hide it, but I’d still like to reduce the redness.

Does anyone have experience successfully reducing this?

Don’t tan that can lead to skin damage especially if it’s already red from some irritation or whatever.
I don’t know but it might not be the test… i mean its just testosterone you already have it in your body and thats a low dose.
So it might be unrelated and more related to your hygiene/soaps/sun exposure

6.25mg of Asin EOD might be too much dude, that’s like ~22mg of Asin per week.

One side effect of aromasin is hot flashes and flushing. I used to use aromasin and I would always be flushed and beet red everytime I took it.

I had to switch to Arimidex, but now my face looks completely normal and it works just as good as aromasin for keeping my E2 in check.

The dose you’re using for AI might also be too high. Have you had mid-cycle bloodwork while on this dose of AI?

My father is on trt and he has red face/neck too but a lot worse. His doctor doesn’t give him an ai or hcg and, last time he talked with me about it, they didn’t even check his estrogen levels. I was shocked and he even showed me recent bloodwork, I couldn’t believe it.

Can red neck be caused by high e2?

Definately, I have experienced it myself. Not only was I bloated but I just felt hot, red and sweaty like some woman going through menopause or whatever.

Most guys don’t need an AI on 200mg/wk. Are you sure you need AI?
200mg per week of testosterone is more than naturally possible, so wouldn’t ai be required?

I’ll get bloodwork done to see where I’m at.

Just because something isn’t “naturally possible” doesn’t mean you throw more unnatural substances to counteract it. And 200mg/week is barely above what is possible naturally.

You need to check your E2 levels brother. It has to be the LC/MS test (sensitive test) - do not get the ECLIA test. I would bet money your E2 is too low.
