I’m planning to run
250mg of testosterone per week, split into two doses, to help maintain libido and slowly rebuild muscle mass. I’m not aiming for a hardcore blast — just a clean, controlled cycle focused on long-term sustainability and minimal health risks.
A bit of background:
- I’m 31 years old
- I’ve done two cycles about 8 years ago — one was a classic bulk and the other included Tren
- Since then, I’ve been completely off gear
After moving to
Canada 6 years ago, I had to deal with a lot — immigration stress, adapting to a new life, and some depression. Training took a back seat, and I lost most of the muscle I had worked hard to build.
Now that things are more stable, I’m ready to get back into training and do things right. I’m planning to run
Test E at 250mg/week, split into two 125mg doses (e.g., Mon/Thu), and just monitor how I respond. No orals, no stacking — just a simple, low-risk restart.
I’d appreciate any feedback on the plan — especially from those who’ve returned to gear after a long break or are in their 30s.
Also, if anyone is open to sharing a
trusted and reliable source, I’d really appreciate a DM. I’m trying to do this safely and responsibly, not looking to mess around with sketchy UGLs.
