First, I’m very sad to have to report this as I have had an excellent experience with DO in the past with a bunch of orders.
My last order was for 2 black tops and a serostim. The black tops came very quickly, the serostim never came- and now it’s been over two months.
In the past I made a similiar order, and the serostims always took a little longer, so initially I wasn’t concerned. After about a month I was.
I reached out to customer support and a JADE got back to me, and she said “sorry order had been shipped” to which i responded that only the blacktops had been shipped, not the serostim. I even forwarded the damn shipping email back that showed only the 2 blacktops were in the parcel sent, and that email was directly FROM Dragon.
I have since not had a reply and it has been days. Out $600 unless this is resolved, ad this really sucks as I was going to use these on prep this year.
