It seems as if the consensus say to run EQ at/above 1g/wk, but I was wondering if any of you have had success with EQ ran lower (under 700mg/wk).
An “old-timer” (20+years AAS experience) at my gym was raving on about EQ, and how it’s his favorite compound, yada yada yada…
anyways, I came back with the response that it sounds great, just sucks that it has to be ran so high in order to get maximum benefits from it, and he responded that you don’t need to run super high to get great results.
I’m wondering if this has been true for any of you swole-bros out there!
