Running Low EQ (under 700mg/wk)

It seems as if the consensus say to run EQ at/above 1g/wk, but I was wondering if any of you have had success with EQ ran lower (under 700mg/wk).

An “old-timer” (20+years AAS experience) at my gym was raving on about EQ, and how it’s his favorite compound, yada yada yada…

anyways, I came back with the response that it sounds great, just sucks that it has to be ran so high in order to get maximum benefits from it, and he responded that you don’t need to run super high to get great results.

I’m wondering if this has been true for any of you swole-bros out there!

Very true . It has resulted in lean , dry, steady gains for me. It is one of my favorite compounds. Very little if any sides other than elevated HCT and doesn’t require any tinkering with AI … 20-40mg nolva (depending on what I’m running with it ) is all I need .

My last cycle was test and eq 500/600 a week and I had some great gains. I ran both for 20 weeks and saw great lean gains. Id say I gained and kept 12lbs of lean mass by the end of pct. I really enjoy eq and have definitely decided to keep it as a staple in my future cycles.

Absolutely Love EQ! Keepable dry gains and a noticeable boost in vascularity. I know a lot of people say you need over a gram a week to show notable benefits, but I think a moderate dose for a longer duration is just as good long term. Always watch your hematocrit on it though. Don’t have a stroke,…

I’ve never used it myself, so I was thinking about starting off at around 600mg/wk (same pin days as test, twice a week).

I’ll be sure to do more research though.

As for hemocrit levels, can’t I give blood to help reduce those?

you can, yes! Also, naringin works well. even though its just grapefruit extract, make sure you look up any interactions beforehand. there are quite a few everyday things you’re taking that it could possibly interact with.

Something to be careful for is that it does lower some people’s e2 levels. Like I dontt need an ai when I run it and there is a lot of anecdotal reviews that say the same. So monitor your levels with bloods and watch for symptoms of low e2. I was absolutely exhausted when my e2 tanked. I couldn’t stay awake and was sleeping like 13 hours a day and still feeling exhausted. And that was at 600mg a week.

I get a stupid low sex drive, even on 500mg tren. Someone recently said that HCG throughout cycle helps combat that. Does anyone have any input on the hcg theory?

If it is directly related to tren then Cabergoline may have a play in your sex drive and how it impacts prolactin. High prolactin would give you a sex drive on top of probably finishing quickly too. Hcg on cycle just keeps your balls from shrinking. I am sure there are other impacts but nothing major IIRC.

Hey scuba brotha eq definitely definitelyyyy doesn’t need to be a gram or more. I’ve always stuck to about 800ish, and I personally feel like that’s all that’s needed.

The general consensus to MY knowledge, is that it’s pointless to run below 600. 700-1000 being most ideal. Speaking only in terms of sst, the bigger dose ppl here and in discord usually stick with that, up to 1250 max (which is pointless).

That’s already a gram of gear, on good heavy cycle you’d be pushing a few grams easy lmao. That’s fine and all, but a bit less, is a lot more.

Just my 2 cents for you!!

I was definitely going to start low (600ish), so in the future I’ll post back and give my experience based 2 cents!
