SARMs during PCT?

I’ve had good results with SARMs in the past for bulking, but I’ve seen people say to use them during PCT and I’m not sure what to think of that. Back when I did SARMs people swore that you HAD to do a light PCT afterwards. Now on reddit they swear to you that it’s best to do 0 PCT. On Evolutionary I’m reading a forum convo and everyone’s saying that for an Anavar+Test E cycle you need SARMs in your PCT. I’m totally open to doing SARMs again it’s just that I was under the assumption that SARMs suppress you, and the point of PCT is to not only keep gains but to get all that suppression gone so why suppress yourself more? From my very limited knowledge, cardarine is the only one that is acceptable during pct because it’s not actually a SARM. I would do the exact opposite of what those wankers on Evolutionary suggest. That place is a cesspool that preys on people new to the gear world.

Ostarine will suppress endogenous testosterone suppression and has been shown to mildly elevate estrogen. Andarine trials have had mixed results, but why take the chance? Like you said, the point of PCT is to attempt to restore natural hormone production.

Like BucksBrent said, Cardarine CAN be used during PCT as it is actually a PPARδ receptor agonist, not a SARM. As there is no interaction whatsoever with any androgen receptor, there will be no suppression whatsoever. However, it won’t really help the PCT process either.

TLDR: The soyboys twinks on Evolution have no fucking clue what they are talking about.

SARMs are a waste of money. If you want to make more gains, just don’t come off dude. Cruise on 150-200mg of test weekly and then blast again in two or three months.

Wouldn’t touch sarms.

But a PPAR agonist like GW or GH Secretagogue like MK677 I’d throw money at. Those are amazing and no shutdown.
