So I’m 37y 6.2 about 200lb. I’ve been in a cut for about 7 months 1500 to 1700 calories, I was doing ECF stack off and on… now for the past 2 weeks, I have been eating 2k calories, (I want some mass) I eat clean chicken, fish, vegetables, and Greek yogurt.

I have been trying to get under 20% body fat Before I do my 1st cycle. I'm

Stuck at 200lb for the past month but now for the past 2 weeks. I have been eating 2k calories. (I want some size) Could I have issues if I run a cycle with high body fat? I only want to run some test for the 1st time. Thanks. Any advice would be great.

You mention the calories but but the workout and cardio program. 2k calories is not very much for someone who is 6’2 and only 200.

For comparison I’m running 5500 cals at 6ft. But a regimented cardio and workout plan.

You’ll need to address yourself in totality before deciding to hop on.

I do my cardio at work, I walk and unload a truck 10hr a day 5 days a week. I do weightlifting 4 to 5 times a week for about 2hr. I'm guessing I should do reverse dieting to get my calories back up before I even take any gear?

Hard to believe you are only eating that many calories with that activity and bw you should still be losing weight. Have you tried fasting one day a week or something like that? I have a physical job as well and when I was dieting I fasted one day a week, sometimes I went for 2 days and I lost weight super fast (probably not the best way to do it tho)

I was doing a 14hr fast from 10pm to 2pm then spend the rest of the day eating. Now im
Doing a 10 hr fast. Trying to get my calories up. When I was cutting I was not working so my only active activitie was when I would go to the gym about 4 times a week.

I would look very closely at your diet. Condiments are worth more calories than you may think.

About your question of if you'll have an issue with estrogen with extra body fat... nobody knows but it will be more likely the fatter you are.

If I were in your shoes I would not touch any AAS before you got the nuclear dieting itch out of your system. My advice would be to slowly up the calories, put on some muscle, and revisit the idea of cutting.
