Most pharms have weg on backorder and its crazy expensive unless they can verify you have diabetes. Haven't checked the effectiveness of orals on fat loss. You can have it prescribed out of Canada online with cash out of pocket several hundred a month. Here in the states expect over a g a month. I went with Mounjaro. Just as good and readily available. Have a doc online prescribe it to you for $60 if your doc doesn't want to. Tell them you have a high bf percent. They send the script to the pharm of your choice. Covered by your insurance. If not, get the discount card through the manufacturer, tell them you are diabetic, they don't check. I have a copay of 26ish a month, pin once a week. Medication is either free or low-cost with discount card. 3 weeks on, down 9 pounds, 3x weekly moderate cardio, dose and training to protect against muscle loss, appetite is simply gone.

Do you have a labtest for this? Haven't seen a single properly dosed test result so far, so if there are any, they're pretty rare for now.

My maintenance calories is 3800.

0.5 mg of sema a week (split into 2 doses) has me force feeding myself around 1600-1700 calories. Weight is melting off

Do you get hypoglycemic or have any unusual fatigue?
