Sensitive nipples week 8

Nipples have been fine up to this point. They started getting a weird sensation like they were sunburnt on Friday. I assumed it was just from me being out in the sun that day without a shirt, but they are more sore today. Was trying to hold out for blood work but that’s still a week away. So my question is :
10mg/day nolvadex for 1 week, and bumping arimidex from .25 mg every 3.5 days up to .5mg every 3.5 days.
From my understanding this is the correct way to go about it. I would prefer to only do .25mg maybe eod if that’s better.

It's your body and you have to titrate up and see what works for you. Even if the bloodwork says your E2 is high. So only change ONE THING at a time and see how you react. Bumping up the Arimidex only sounds good to me.

YES.
On small change at a time and document how it goes. Your body is lab experiment and you need to treat it as such. If you change 2 things at once you have no clue which change was the effective one.

Considering changing dosing to m/w/f as I’ve read it helps reduce dudes with higher frequency

at 500 a week (from what i seem to gather from other people) a person is more likely to need the moderate or full dosage of ai.
200 and less can sometimes get away with no ai, and they say more frequent pins like every other day helps a little, not a lot but def helps.

Update-used arimidex at .25mg every day until Monday. Dosing frequency is back to every 3.5 days but now at .5 mg. So far sensitivity isn’t back but will see in a few weeks.

alot of people dont run AI at 500. everyone is different. I crashed myself running 12.5mg aromasin e3d at 500mg test e.

That’s what I was worried about myself. I crashed myself with .25mg arimidex once a week back when I first started on trt.

ive only taken arimidex twice now, .25 with 100mg test then 2 days later .25 with another 100 test (doing 350)

felt like such shit i decided im not taking it at all until i get bloods in a week and a half, just running test 100eod till then
