Share your ideas for my next cycle

I've run 2 cycles so far. The first being Test E @ 500mg/week, Dbol 30mg/ED for the first 4 weeks, and for the AI I used aromasin 12.5mg/EOD. For my second cycle I decided to try and add in another compound that was drier than Test because the first cycle gave me some e2 sides as you'd expect. It consisted of EQ @ 600mg/week, Test 300mg/week, Dbol 30mg/daily for the first 4 weeks. That cycle produced amazing results but I am not a fan of EQ sides I eventually found out. I am thinking of starting the next cycle with Test E @ 300mg/week and slowly titrating up and perhaps adding in a new compound. I was thinking of going with Deca but would like to hear the varying opinions on dosage, ratio, and am also open to any other suggestions. Let's discuss...

without knowing your goals, and knowing you want to try deca, I would recommend running test and deca equal dosages at 400 mg/wk. I loved deca and didn't get any progesterone related side effects like deca dick or gyno, just felt good in the gym, joints felt great. Like you I am sensitive to e2 sides, and try to avoid popping aromasin because of how it hits my lipids and acne. My sweet spot is running 400mg/week primo and 400 mg/week test and pinning EOD. Hair shedding sucks, but no other sides and I love the primo look and bloodwork stays good.

As far as goals go, I am looking to put on quality mass. I know that is a bit contradictory to the test/deca stack but drier compounds aren't as welcoming to me because of the hair loss aspect. Also, after all the water and glycogen gets pulled out of the muscle post-cycle, I'm confident solid gains will still have been made. Thank you for the input and I'll keep that in mind.

A question I do have about your dosages, what dose would you recommend starting the deca at? I was thinking maybe starting the deca at 150mg while having the test at 300mg. How long would you keep your doses the same before you start titrating up?

Assuming both are at 250mg concentrations, I recommend 375mg test and 250mg deca, so on E3D schedule you would inject .75mL test and .5mL deca. And bump up from there if you are managing any sides without a problem. If you want to be cautious you could get your prolactin level checked after a few weeks of running deca. 150mg is a conservative dose though, you may not notice anything other than your joints feeling a little more lubed up.

Understood. I think I'll start with the test alone at 300mg and work up to 400mg over the course of a week or two and once the dose is there I'll introduce the deca at 200mg and start working up from there. Anything tips or tricks you'd like to share about running deca? (things to expect and watch for from your personal experience)
