Still available OTC around me but you have to ask the pharmacist for it. I think due to thefts.
Its because bronkaid contains ephedrine which can be used to make meth. Theres also a system where they will track how many times you buy ephedrine within a time period

I just looked it up, 9 grams per month. Once above that, it forwards your info.
That’s a lot of ephedrine though. You can get 2 boxes easy. Then have someone you know get 2 boxes.

Retratrutide is insane if you have never tried any glps. I would skip sema/terz and do low dose retra

My first run with it absolutely eliminated any food noise and didn’t effect performance at all (.5mg 2x/wk)

I keep my caffeine at ~100mg a day normally. An increase for me would put me at 200-250mg a day, which if consumed early enough in the day (10+ hours before bed) should be fine.
I worry about the people taking wild pre-work outs in the gym at 4pm.
As I drink a pre-workout drink at 8:30pm in the gym

Not basic cutting advice, but little hacks to make it through the difficult days

Here are the tricks I already know:
Diet soda
Salt your food!! (Just necessary)
Increase caffeine
0 cal condiments, stuff like Walden's farms syrup
Gum (never for me, hate gum)
Tons and tons of water. Spinach with light Italian dressing and pickles lol. Those are my go to snacks when the hunger starts to become unbearable. And during my cuts I will shell out some extra money for the premier protein shakes. Only 160 calories, satisfies my sweet cravings, and actually tastes good. And then also giving myself a day here and there where I eat at maintenance. Having that day of maintenance is like a reset for me when it gets bad. Then the next day I can go back to hitting it hard.

I ate only fat free cottage cheese and hard boiled egg whites with water and nothing else. That plus cardio really reduced the bf. My PCP told me I was hurting my brain because it needs healthy fat so I added some.

I wouldn’t recommend it but I also used PGCL. It’s given to farm animals/ large mammals to induce abortions. It would make my non existent uterus have contractions while aborting water out of my anus.

I don’t know if i would call it tricks, but usually my plan is something like:


-Fasted cardio in the am
-10-15 minutes cardio pre and post lift

-Time carbs around workouts
-Limit carb intake during the rest of the day
-Limit saturated fat intake, no fried/greasy food
-eat Whole Foods for satiety (ground beef, chicken, ground turkey, lean fish, eggs. rice, potatoes, Greek yogurt, fairlife milk)
-add more vegetables and greens for satiety and micronutrients (I like asparagus personally)
-Increase your water intake even more (I love adding crystal light to my water for this purpose. Can do 1-2 gallons a day)
-zero calorie sodas are nice too for taste without the calories

That’s about it really. Just stay in a calorie deficit and give it time and be consistent. Try to have enough variety in your meals that you don’t feel the need to cheat or binge and set yourself back

My trick is ultimate appetite suppressant and killer insulin sensitivity from Tirz. Hell of a trick that requires zero effort and is incredibly effective.
