Was told that my pack was returned to sender undeliverable. He said he would reship to a different address.
I just received notice from a source on here (who has shipped to me many times before) that he has been getting my emails to @“SherlockLabs”
That tells me something is very wrong.

He is also refusing to give me tracking as well.

Can he provide email headers for the messages? Assuming he’s on tutanota, he can press “h” while reading the message and post everything up to and including the To: line. Email doesn’t simply go somewhere it’s not intended to unless it’s addressed incorrectly or there is a technical issue within the tutanota email system. If the second then I will never use tuta again

@“implicitnewt” yes i can provide email headers, but the source getting my emails requests to be annonymous. The address is also correct, i always make sure of that.

Not sure what next step i need to take here? I am using proton mail and the source in question uses tutanota. This may be a reason but iv emailed accross platforms before without this issue happening.

This isn’t really an accurate statement, is it? You received multiple responses. You initially refused to provide us with anything in the form of screenshots or forwarded emails to assist further. Now in your latest response you did attach a screenshot from your inbox showing Source X responding to your misplaced email, but we don’t have anything from your “Sent” folder to suggest that you didn’t simply write a new email to the wrong source. Given the significant amount of time between you saying you “hadn’t forgot about [your pending order]” and the response from Source X, I’m thinking human error could certainly be a factor here.

We’re happy to assist and we’re reaching out to Sherlock in hope of resolution, but please be mindful of speaking complete truths. Saying we have not responded to you is overtly false, given we have an email chain with 4 or 5 responses now.

Not sure what is going on with the emails going to an unintended recipient, no one else has had a problem. You emailed me over 45 times within two days of ordering constantly asking for shipping after I had told you initially I don’t provide tracking. Feel free to give your address to the Mod team and let them see the USPS found it undeliverable. I was going to reship to you because I felt bad after your 78th email complaining about being burned by a source but this was your fault in the end. I repeatedly told you I don’t send shipping and you continually asked again for the reship so I decided not to give you a free reship. Get your address correct next time. If the mods would like to check the initial address please reach out to me. If allowed I will also share the crazy email chain from him. I did my best to be understanding but you just keep nagging and refuse to understand I don’t give tracking. As sources we have to be understanding that some customers need more help or more encouragement to feel comfortable but this was above and beyond what I could bring myself to do.

Based on things you said that weren’t true per admin, I’m having a hard time believing you.
