Shipping times from DO?

I have a package and tracking says it left China Feb 11 (3 weeks, plus a day, ago). No updates since.

It's coming to North America (Canada to be exact).

Is this typical travel times when ordering International/overseas?

So people are still receiving Raws? I’ve only been reading since Chinese new year to avoid..?
