Sides of low va high estrogen

Seems like all the side effects of low estrogen are almost the same as high estrogen. Is sensitive nipples the only other unique side of high estrogen that would separate them?

So essentially what i’m asking is what is unique to low estrogen and what is unique to high estrogen?

When I murdered my e2 levels a couple weeks ago, I noticed I was pissing way more than usual at first. Then came the joint pain, which is annoying as fuck. Been getting shit for sleep, and it feels like I have more anxiety than usual. Just now starting to feel a little better.

To me, low e2 feels different than high. I’ve noticed some people say they feel the same but not to me.

Low E2 - acne, insomnia, always tired, anxiety, joint pain, depression, obsessive thoughts, lack of a pump even with 2k+ test in your system. Low E2 sucks man.
High E2 is basically the opposite for me. Beautiful soft skin, full, great pumps, happiness.

I crashed my estro really hard one time, and I legit felt like an old woman.
Joint pain like crazy, fatigue, mentally tired, lack of sex drive, and just being a pain in the neck to everyone.

I’ve had puffy nipples/tenderness on low e2, although that could be a side of the AI not actual low E2. Same with acne as well.

Any other more specific to low E2? My estrodial pre cycle was 18. Been taking test cyp 500mg pinned twice a week and arimidex 0.5mg E3D and have had terrible anxiety and shit for libido.

Has not been pleasant. Just randomly has been coming and going the worst is the low sex drive and limp dick. I’m gonna skip my next dose and try and titrate down a bit to see if it helps.
