Does anyone hear struggle with sleep apnea? I’ve had it very slightly before I started my cycle but it was nothing really noticeable. About 1 month into my cycle it’d happen once a week. Which is about when I added my Primobolan to my cycle. Now im 6 weeks in and I’m having it happen every night. Through out the day I feel great. I take a nap or two during the day and always fall asleep fine but at night after I get all my food in and I lay down to go to bed, instantly when I lay down I feel like I’m being mildly choked, my chest will get to feeling so heavy and sometimes put pressure in my head, then when I start to doze off I’ll breathe out and won’t breathe back in and I’ll wake up. I’ll do this 20 times before I have to fall asleep sitting up straight. Then when I get uncomfortable I can finally lay down and sleep.
For reference

get some type of treatment for it bro. that's not something you want to play with.

it feels like you're being choked because that's essentially what happens to your body. if you've put on a good amount of mass since starting gear then it's to be expected. a lot of meat heads and fat people have sleep apnea. your body was made to be a certain size then we throw on a ton of extra weight that was never accounted for. we can't control where the weight goes so some if it is gonna be in that neck / throat / face area.

i started snoring a lot towards the end of my last cycle luckily i got it under control when i started sleeping on my side. but you dont wanna just let it happen. stop it early while you can. good luck to ya

Schedule a sleep study as soon as possible. My husband and multiple of his BB buddies end up with a CPAP. It's worth it. You are stressing and overworking your body in the gym, you don't need to let your body stay under stress even when you're supposed to be resting and recovering.

Yes, i do and can tell you don't fuck around with it. Get a sleep test done with your doc, a CPAP machine will literally save your life. Here are the items that make it worse:

Sleeping on your back
Muscle relaxants and/or alcohol
Bodyweight
Blood pressure
Neck size

You may have to come to terms psychologically with the need to slim down to where it gets under control and pursue other lfiting goals besides mass. It beats being huge but in a coffin though.

Good luck.
