Sleep Issues

Has anyone else struggled with sleep/anxiety issues?

I’ll go to bed with my heart racing, and wake up feeling like I drank a shit ton of caffeine. Literally no restful or deep REM sleep at all

TRT is on the lower end, around 120mg, and E2 is in check. I’m thinking maybe I already had anxiety before starting test, and it probably just amplified it? It feels like my CNS is just in overdrive or something

Obviously I have a doctors appointment scheduled, but don’t know if he’ll tell me anything useful, other than recommending anxiety medications

Have tried magnesium, CBD, weed, intense cardio…nothing helps

Like @lynxpoint said get bloodwork, maybe try the Wim Hof Method for a couple weeks that helped me immensely when I was struggling with anxiety. One of the best things I’ve found for sleep is 1Tb raw honey, 2Tb apple cider vinegar with mother, and decaffeinated black tea.

If you’re fucked up, fix that.

If you’re just struggling, then 50mg Trazadone is the silver bullet for a racing mind. Check it out. I pair it with 10mg melatonin and a Unisom SleepTab (Doxylamine succinate). The Trazadone is the only thing (other than alcohol / drugs) that will stop a racing mind and let me disconnect from the day and its anxiety.

Trazadone is an Rx med, so you’ll have to source from AIPCTSHOP or another international Rx Meds supplier, but it’s dirt cheap. I’ve rotate on and off of it several times, mainly when I’ve on and off Tren, and have had no dependency issues. I love it enough that my wife started using it, and has had no issues.

WARNING: don’t take 100mg. This dosage takes things in the opposite direction, and you will be overwhelmed with anxiety.

@keoking I’ve been on Amitriptylline for a good 20 years at least, helps me with racing mind and early morning waking. I have to take a break every few months when it stops working for me (like right now, going to sleep 11 pm up 4 am). I take 50 mg nightly. (That’s high for a new person though). I might try adding in the other two OTC you mention.
