I’m really want to start my cycle but I have a slight tear , I don’t have a doc appt till 2 weeks from now and I’m not too sure if they’re going to want me to get surgery so should I just hold off 😐😂

Did you already get an MRI? I'd hold off a potentially put together a recovery cycle - peptides, hgh, etc to get you back to a good place to progress.
Yes I got one and I have a minor tear from my outer horn to my meniscus and I’m not sure if I read right but I believe I have some fluid as well but I don’t get a call from the doc till 2 weeks

Then you have your answer - focus on your recovery and put together a game plan with your doctor.

My injury recovery protocol:
HRT
300mg NPP
4IU HGH
BPC157/TB500 combination

Surgery for small meniscus tears imo aren't such a great idea. Surgeons often remove too much and that sets you up for knee surgery later in life with a possible total joint replacement.

I had a tear in my medial meniscus back in 1991, I was scheduled for surgery with top notch orthopedic, but I backed out after researching the matter which was back in those days in the university library down the street from where I lived. Back then they were stating those that had meniscus surgery had much higher risks of needing total joint replacement, so I backed out and let it heal over a few years and today I have zero pain, I used to even run 12 miles a day and cycle up to 125miles a day with zero pain.

I need to look into it if they do tell me I need surgery the only reason I have a gut feeling that I will is because I’ve been dealing with this pain for 2 months now no improvement whatsoever

I suffered with my knee for 2 years before it finally settled down. It would feel unstable, occasionally lock up with pain. I had plenty of time to rest my knee at that time because I was heading off for college and would be sitting on my butt studying all day, when college was over my knee was fine.
