Sodium Chloride for GH

So pretty much everyone on here says BAC water to mix with your gh. I ordered some today. HOWEVA, my wife is a nurse and brought home some sterile 0.9% sodium chloride syringes. I want to emphasize that these are completely sterile and straight from the OR in the hospital she works at. I wanted to start my gh tomorrow. Thoughts on mixing with the SC saline for the first vial? I will be using 2iu’s a day to start. Will it be ruined by the 5th day? Obviously I can wait for the bac water I am just excited to get going.

Otherwise you shouldn’t do it.

Regular sodium chloride doesn’t preserve the same way benzyl alcohol does.

Any way to check if that’s benzyl alcohol?

it doesn’t say bacteriostatic on it at all like the link you posted. Just .9% sodium chloride and then underneath “normal saline” so I am thinking the .9% refers to sodium chloride, making the syringe “saline”. Although it does come from Lake Forest like the link you sent. I guess I will just wait for my bac water to come in, unfortunately.
