Sore nipples question.

So I just started a new blast in the last 10 days. I went from my cruise 250mg Test E. I had been taking 6.25 mg a week of Aromasin which according to my blood work was too little. Estrogen was at 56. I was planning on bumping that to 12.5. to get down to 30ish range.

I just started a blast at 630mg Test E. Im at day 10 today and woke up with sore nip on my left. I immediately took 25mg Aromasin and 60mg Raloxifine. I had up until this point been taking 6.25 Aromasin (EOD). I was injecting .3ml of Test E 300 (ED).

I am going to dose down to 525mg. so .25mg Test E (ED) and then maybe try .5mg Aromsin 3x a week.

I blasted 600mg Test E / 400mg Tren E / 200mg DHB and never had an issue with estrogen. I was only taking 25mg Aromasin then. So over all my question is why would my dosage be more now than before for aromasin? Its the same batch same source.

Not my first rodeo. Just felt it was weird that all the sudden I needed so much more. I have had sore nipples once out of 6 blasts.

I would get bloodwork done ASAP.

Unless your AI is bunk, it's likely something else creeping up, or it could always be cancer.

Just had blood work 10 days ago the day before Blast...

AI is Pfizer pharma and is the same batch I have been using for a year. Got 30 at once.

You woke up with one sore nipple and immediately reached for the A.I.'s and bumped up the dosage ??
If I were you I wouldn't be so hasty about messing with your hormone levels. It's not a decision to take so lightly.

Oh, it was such a good decision. 1 week on Aromasin, Nolva, and Raloxfine it all went away. It was for sure gyno. Once on for a few days, the radiant pain went away, and was able to feel a pea-sized gyno lump. That too went away. Wait and it would have been worse. Now I am back to my normal protocol and feeling just fine.

I have decided to lower it to 400mg until I start adding a few other compounds in a few weeks. That will give me some time to normalize. I will up AI during that time to a full 25mg.

How much nolva do you run when you get gyno flair ups.

I had a gyno flair up once and ran nolva 20mg for like 18 days and still didn’t do shit for mine

Ran 120mg Raloxefine day 1 - 3 and 60mg 4-7
Ran Day 1 25mg Arromasin (AM) and 12.5mg (PM)
Ran Day 2 12.5mg Aromasin (AM)
Ran Day 4 12.5mg Aromasin (AM)
Ran Day 6 12.5 Amromasin (AM

That right there took a pretty quick flare-up to zero in 7 days. No issues since. Once Day 3 hit. I could tell there was about a green pea-sized note under the nipple. That has all gone away.

The whole theroy is unbinding the receptors around the breast tissue and then zapping the estrogen out of your system. I likely tanked my estrogen with this as I felt just 0 motivation but that likely came from the situation too (felt discouraged). By day 8 I feel 00% normal mentally and physically. No gyno though.

My right nipple is worse than left. When I ran the nolva I remember my right one aching. It did get smaller in the end but not as much as I was expecting especially for using pharma nolva.

Is aching normal while using a serm to get rid of it ?
