Yea I think I found my favorite source if you guys can keep it up

Anybody ever run out of injection sites? I mean, I’m sore in both glutes and both delts lol

I always recommend short head of the triceps. Holds about as much as delts, painless, easy to reach, not many veins/nerves,handles pip well. Also doing a few subq to give your muscle a break doesn't hurt anything

I’ll have to give tri’s a go this next bulk. I usually go with lats, delts, and quads. Always been kinda scared of tri’s if I’m honest lol
