What I don’t understand is why he would send me a tracking label on the 28 when he still hasn’t shipped it . I ordered the 21st that’s almost two weeks ! I ordered for a lot of friends and associates and now they’re asking me to refund them or come up with it . This has placed a very hard bind on me

@Lord Could be a USPS problem. Lucky you got a tracking number. Placed order on Sunday and still no number…

In the past AG has been nothing but smooth, he could be backed up. Will touch base when hear back from him and see the products (hopefully nothing missing)

@Kygs hey just got an email from Azteca just now he said he has shipped it that day but tracking never updated . But he did say he would comp the order if no change by the end of today

@Lord No worries everyone. We are extremely backed up with orders. My apologies on the delay trust and believe everyone will be taken care of. As usual I hold a high standard in providing great customer service and guarantee delivery to your door. Those of you that read thru my reviews know I always make sure people from the community end up pleased with there experience and will continue to do so. In the past it was simple to do next day delivery even sometimes same day. But due to high volume in orders you can expect 2 to 3 days before your orders go out. We will be shipping twice to three times a week for the time being. Terrible sorry about the inconvenience but rest assure you are not being ingnored or put on the back burner. Thank you for your understanding and patience. AG

When I get my package in two days, I’m not 100% concerned that my tracking number didn’t come the next day lol. Even if backed up he gets the orders out.

@Justintime85 anyone not using USPS informed delivery by now, should be lol. Getting tracking from a source is great for sure, but you’ll see it in informed delivery as soon as the label is created.
